When should I place my order?


Food orders require one (1) week's (business days) notice




When and at what time can I pick up my food order?


Pick up times can be from 7:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday. Hot Main Dishes (except Breakafast foods) are available at 10:00 a.m. for pick-up. Please Pick up on time to maintain the quality of your food order.




Ordering Hot Main Dishes


Hot Main Dishes are available for pick up after 10:00 a.m. Breakfast Hot Main Dishes can be picked up earlier, but only on approval from the Executive Chef.




How can I place an order?


Anytime at byuhcatering.com (available on any electronic device!) In person from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m at the BYU-Hawaii Cafeteria. By phone 808-675-3348 from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m (Orders recorded on the voice mail message service are not accepted) By text to 808-927-4763. By email to catering@byuh.edu




How can I make payment and when is payment due?


We accept Cash or VISA/MasterCard. We can process card payments over the phone. Food orders: full prepayment is due one week prior to the order date. (Larger orders may require an earlier prepayment date than one week.) Catering Equipment Rental orders: full prepayment is due two week's prior to the order date. Linen Rental orders: full prepayment is due three week's prior to the order date.




Do you deliver?


We deliver on BYU Hawaii Campus only for a $10 delivery charge or ($14 delivery charge if a van is required). We do not deliver off campus.




What are the hours of the Catering office?


Our Catering office is open Mondays to Fridays at 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Our office is closed on Saturdays, but orders can be picked up on Saturdays with our cafeteria supervisor.




What is the yearly Catering calendar (when services are not available)?

How can I contact Catering?


Please understand we are not always physically in the office as with our small staff we can be serving a customer picking up an order, tending to a catering event, or running town errands. However we will always check our voice mail and email messages everyday. The best contact is by phone at office 808-675-3348 or cell/text 808-927-4763 during office hours of 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Otherwise, emailing is the next best option at catering@byuh.edu If you would like to come into the Catering office, call 808-675-3348 to set up an appointment Mondays thru Fridays between 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
