WHEN CAN I PLACE AN ORDER?
We require one week's notice for orders. To best serve you, if you have a large order, please place your at least two weeks in advance.
Please see the Catering Calendar below for closed dates when orders will not be accepted.
HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

By phone (808-675-3348) from 9am - 4pm Monday thru Friday (Orders recorded on voice mail message will receive a return call by next business day and are not considered confirmed.)

In person at the BYUH Catering office located in the Banyan Dining Hall from 9am - 4pm Monday thru Friday.
​WHAT TIME CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER?

Pick-up times are from 7:30am to 7:30pm Monday thru Saturday.

Hot Dishes (except Breakfast orders) are available after 10am for pick-up.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR PICK-UP
Enter campus from Naniloa Loop, drive around to the Banyan Dining Hall loading dock and enter thru the "Catering Pick-up" door to the kitchen.

Full payment is due one week prior to your order date.

We accept VISA, MasterCard or AMEX credit card payments only.

For University departments, for billing purposes, please include your department account number in the "Add Order Notes" under the "My Order" box.

For Wards and Stakes from the University and the surrounding community, please update your credit application with the Financial Services office to apply charges to your account. For Sunday orders: Please email catering@byuh.edu to place Sunday orders with your ward/stake name, contact name, phone number and email. We require one week's notice for all orders.

For DOE institutions, DOE Purchase Orders are accepted.
HOW CAN I CONTACT THE CATERING OFFICE?

Please understand we are not always physically in the office as with our small staff we can be serving a customer picking up an order or tending to a catering event.

Our voice mail and emails are checked regularly throughout the day and every day. If you would like to come into the Catering office, please call ahead to set up an appointment.
