The Full Story

​WHEN CAN I PLACE AN ORDER?

     We require one week's notice for orders. To best serve you, if you have a large order, please place your order at least two weeks in advance. Please see the Catering Calendar below for closed dates when we are closed for orders.

 

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

  • Anytime at BYUHCatering.com. Note: online payment is not available at this time on this site.

  • By email to catering@byuh.edu.

  • By phone (808-675-3348) from 9am - 4pm Monday thru Friday (Orders recorded on voice mail message will receive a return call by next business day and are not considered confirmed.)

  • In person at the BYUH Catering office located in the Banyan Dining Hall from 9am - 4pm Monday thru Friday.

​WHEN & HOW IS PAYMENT DUE?

    We apologize, but we do not accept payments on the online website at this time. Full prepayment is due one week

   prior to the date of your order. We accept VISA, MasterCard, AMEX credit or debit card payments. VISIT THIS LINK:

   https://commerce.cashnet.com/BYUHFDS to make payment - have the last 4 digits of your order number (found at

   the top of your invoice) and email address to make your payment. 

  • Visit https://commerce.cashnet.com/BYUHFDS to make your payment OR scan the QR code below to be directed to our payment site.

  • After your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation copy of your order to the email you provided. A 2nd email will be sent to you with a link to make an online payment.

  • University departments: Please include your department name and account number in the "Add Order Notes" under the "My Order" box. 

  • Wards and Stakes from the University and the surrounding community: update your credit application with the Financial Services office to apply charges to your account. For Sunday orders: Please email catering@byuh.edu to place Sunday orders with your ward/stake name, contact name, phone number and email. REMEMBER one week's notice is required.

  • DOE institutions: DOE Purchase Orders are accepted and can be emailed to catering@byuh.edu.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR PICK-UP

  • Enter campus from Naniloa Loop, drive around to the Banyan Dining Hall   loading  dock and enter thru the "Catering Pick-up" door to the kitchen.

​

​WHAT TIME CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER?

  • Pick-up times are from 7:30am to 7:30pm Monday thru Saturday.

  • Hot Dishes (except Breakfast orders) available after 10am for pick-up.

​

​​HOW CAN I CONTACT THE CATERING OFFICE?

  • Please understand we are not always physically in the office as with our small staff we can be serving a customer picking up an order or tending to a catering event.

  • Our voice mail and emails are checked regularly throughout the day and every day. If you would like to come into the Catering office, please call ahead to set up an appointment.
